This well may be a problem originating from between the keyboard and the chair at my end, but I seem to be getting a "You do not have permissions to access this area" messages on the majority of admin sections I try to enter. I'm logged in with an account with webmaster group access (also verified webmaster group had admin access to all of WfSection) and have also double check server permission settings which all looks to be good.

Anyone else run into this yet?

*edit*

For what it is worth, I'm doing my testing on my beta site with the following server environment (server also has two other live XOOPS sites);

Xoops 2.0.6
PHP 4.3.3
MySQL 4.0.17-nt
Windows 2003 Ent Server
IIS 6

I have tested this module on 2.0.5 and 2.0.6 and I have never come across this problem.

Any chance you can give me access to this to see whats going on?

No worries Catz. Website is;

http://beta.it-hq.org

I'll PM you your user credentials. Thanks for helping . However, if you have never seen it before it will more than likely be a local problem, unless there is a specific issue with running on IIS.

Thanks, I'm not sure that it is a specific issue like this. A few people reported that this was happening to them on the WF-Section website and it could be a var issue regarding user groups, not sure until I can actually see this happening.

I have create around ten different accounts on that site and not one retrun this error. Hmmm

Ok I have found out the reason, when dumping the database tables for the wfsection.sql file, I foolishly removed the entries for the wfs_permissions table. If you have access to the database, you can enter a value of 1 for each item in that table or you can redownload the module again in about 10 mins or so.

Thanks Catz, seems to have fixed those access problems . You also might want to have a quick look at your uninstall scripts as after uninstalling, and then trying to install the updated version I was informed the following tables already existed and the install bombed out;

xoops_wfs_article_restore

xoops_wfs_article_indexpage

Time to get in there and do some testing now

Hi Catscity,

This is a beta version, so I wouldn't be putting it into a production site yet. I use a beta site to do all my testing. I'm not 100% sure but I think there are no database changes, and all Catzwolf time (correct me if I'm wrong Catz) has gone into code work, so WfSection 1 should be upgradeable to WfSection 2. Easist way to find out would be to create a beta testing site the exact image of your live site and test it out.

I can't seem to get the module working after overwriting the whole module and update it on the module admin.

When submit article.. There wasn't any article shown in admin approval nor on the index page.

All my previous article are still viewable in the admin area. on the user side.. the page is just white blank

Unable to generate template :
wfs_block_artmenu.html
wfs_block_menu.html

Is there any configuration that i should make?
