for upgrade from newbb to newbbex i find that in database must create 3 row to xoops_bbex_forum table for Replace user's name with real name - Show icons panel and Show smilies panel to work fine.

another problem:
Replace user's name with real name not work in viewtopic.php
and only work in viewforum.php and index.php is it true?
is there any way to show in viewtopic.php too?

Hi,

Yes, but those fields are automatically created when you install the module. And when you inject your datas from newbb to newbbex, you don't have to do anyhting except to change the tables names. Fields have default values.

About the bug, I will see tomorow but I am surprised !

Hi,

Give me the time to apply the new modifications made on the official newbb module to "mine" and I will publish a new version.


About your "problem", I think that your users did not filled their "full name" field. But this has been corrected and will be availale in the next version.

Does this module work with the latest version of xoops? (2.0.9.2) I installed it and the admin works but you can't view any of the forums I created. It is just a blank page.
