I upgraded and it still doesn't work.

I turned on the debug option but I only get blank page so no error is being seen.

Finally I get an error message;

XOOPS root path not defined

What should I do?

Strange!
Normally it should have been defined in /mainfile.php .
Can you have a look in it?
Did you save a copy from 2.3.0?
