XOOPS 2.0.x doesn't deal with theme.php but theme.html files, so I don't understand your comment. Please elaborate.

There is still some backwards compatibility to .php themes, but I don't know if there are limits to that compatibility.

actually ... it seems like its almost perfectly compatable... there has been some recoding of the theme for XOOPS 2.x,
... but this problem with meta description still there and is the only thing that seems to be a problem.

I think use alt keywords is more useful

well, all the relavant images already have alt tags...
... but im focusing on the keywords issue
