You guys really seem to know what you are doing , however I do not lol

We have a forum www.ff3.co.uk and we have been hit by the porn possee ! Everyday we are getting more and more obscene posts after they have created an account and user name ..how can we stop them? We suspect they may be circumnavigating the settings by duplicating the PHP environment. Please help....!!!

Ok but how can i find the Ip range of Russia for example?
