i'd say clear out your templates_c folder and in your admin, make sure you're using the default templates.

I did both..

I have downloaded the XOOPS again and uploaded/overwrited almost all content in there , but the problem still remains... what a sheat! :/

I would say that the fastest way to resolve this issue would be to remove both themes and set your default template and theme... see if the problem remains... your errors are refering to your index.html... is it possible that you accidently dropped the index from xmbluext(great theme btw) into your xm theme... Also if you have a unedited copy of the xm theme you can just drop the original xm index in.

Update the various modules (system->module administration), including system.
