Regardless of what an XOOPS admin uses for a browser, the majority of users/members out there use IE5.5 and IE6, so we need to make sure it works for them.

I mostly use IE 6 because I know that is one of the worst browsers around, so when it's ok in IE it's ok in other browsers.
I do this because I know that most users are not familiar with/not using other browsers.
I agree with you that the firebird is one of the best

I use IE6 too because I know that whatever I see with that browser, most of my users see too.
