It seems to only happen with IE 6 using Windows XP but not Windows 2000 so it has to be a setting in XP. XP has allot of settings.

I fixed it. It's a temp file cookie problem. Just delete all of your temp files and cookies online and off in Internet settings. Also, I think you have to have the "Store my user name in a cookie for 1 year" switch, in your profile, set to true.
This might have something to do with switching the session state back and forth in Admin>Preferences. Finally the nightmare is over.
