Switching website providers... anyway to save my database????

I am switching providers for my site, and i would hate to loose my database.... anyway to save it, and transfer what i have done/created and put it on the new providers site?

Sure, you can create database backups.
If you have access to CPanel, there's a Backup function that also includes your files.
If you have phpMyAdmin access, you can "Export" your database from there.
