Is there any (easy) way to correct typos and grammatical errors within a module

I don't mind those errors that show up only for admin, but I would like to fix those that visitors/registered users can see

I have not yet populated my brand-new site with any content, and have not even made a final decision on what CMS I will use, but XOOPS is certainly among the finalists

It depends on where the errors occur. Text displayed by modules is, or is supposed to be, in the language files, in the directories modules/*/language/*.
