I want to have banners at the top of my page aswell as the bottom. Is this possible using the module given within xoops?

If so could you direct me on hoe to do this. If this is not possible using the same module but is using a seperate one could you explain this aswell.

Banner placement is a stand alone code you can find in your theme.html file. Place it wherever you want which could be top and bottom. Not sure if it will always show the same banner top and bottom though but it will at least rotate.

As DonXoops said, just place <{$xoops_banner}> in the appropriate place in your theme.html file and XOOPS should do the rest.
