How to alter the link in control panel

If anyone could point me to the right file it would be appreciated.
Now I have two redirect files but it would be better if I could change the link instead.
The exact link is the one on the right side "Home Page".

not sure what your issue is here and how it is related to xopps?

Well, it is XOOPS control panel I'm talking about.
The link on the far right that says "Home Page" points
me to XOOPS directory, but I would like it to point me to
Xoops/index.php instead.

You can find that link in system_block_mainmenu.html. You can edit that thru system admin - templates.

Not that link I referred to, but I finally managed to locate it myself.

In includes/cp_functions.php
