Individual Permissions, I' need help

I need a content module in which it can give individual permissions to each user. Like in WFDOWNLOADS, but of content... Exists something?

to each user !!! xf-section can access level for contents in one group but not one user.
then i dont think WFDOWNLOADS can access to each user.

It is truth, I have been mistaken.
Anyway, somebody knows some module with these characteristics???
