How to show the empty categories also in the category index page of wf section.

This has been implemented as a module configuration option for the next release. There is currently no quick workaround available.

and when can i expect the next release ??

'When it´s done' would be the best answer as usual.

At the moment there will first come a new release of wf-downloads which will appear very very shortly.

But let me assure you that we are aware of the problems with wf-section and surely want to get that out as soon as possible. On the other hand there have been quite some errors reported and we want to see them removed for the next release. It won´t really help anyone to do an interim release with only a part of those bugs fixed although we realize the high demand for a fixed version.

Thats all i can tell you at the moment (not being a coder there myself)
