I'll be upfront. I've reviewed the visual intro for Xoops, I've read the forum threads, I've looked around, but...

I still haven't figured out if XOOPS can handle a Xanga-Like Community (with ease... Meaning, not having to hack up megs and megs of custom code...)... Is there a lot of built-in features or already released mods that can help me accomplish my goal?
