im a beginer and i would love to get some help, I've been looking for a good portal for many days now and i finally found everything i needed in Xoops..

there's 2 things i have to do before I can finally use xoops

One.

How to make a custom page as my main page for xoops? i want the left and right menus(blocks) to stay the same and to be able to add in the empty middle php/html codes more info in the pic



Two. how to make all blocks shows for non-registered members i checked preferences but there was nothing there!

and im having problems by adding the poll to the block, any ideas?

you can create a custom block for center content go to system admin -> blocks and scroll down to create custom block.

go to system admin -> groups and you can set permissions there for anonymous users.
