First sorry for bad english :)
I need to do this:
Anonymous user can see news (with topic, text, image...) but when click on "Read More" XOOPS tell him "You must be registered user. Please Register".

Anonymous users in XOOPS can see blocks: news_block_topics.html; news_block_bigstory.html; news_block_top.html; news_block_new.html

I wont they see: news_item.html with "Module for start page---> set to NONE" setting

Have you set the Group Permission in the Admin Area correct? It's the one right below the blocks-admin
