xcgal: no image to display error

when i click on "view more pictures submitted by ... " and in the new page click on every pic get me " no image to display" error.
anyone can help? is this related to permissions?
i transfer my site to a new server and afraid of mistake in permissions.

i discover every link that have "cat=0" get this error to me
in search options i have this problem too for example for search:
http://domain/modules/xcgal/displayimage.php?pid=258&album=search&cat=0&pos=6
