How can I SWITCH the blocks?? I would like to run all the content, load the modules (start module), in the LEFT BLOCK COLUMN, not in the CENTER column(code). How to do it??

If you don't want to have a left column you have to edit your theme.html. There is defined where XOOPS outputs the left, right and center blocks. You can move them around in your theme.html as you like.
