I have added new blocks, but don't appear until the user doesn't log in. These blocks are announcments and advertisements that I want to show all the time, even if the user is not loged in. I can't work out how to do this.
Can anyone help?

go to group then edit each of your groups

Now I see why I couldn't work it out.
The problem is that when i try to open the "Groups" (admin.php?fct=groups) page, it displays "System Config." page.

Any ideas?
