I do not know how to add any content to any of my little menu bar selections.. and i want to just have blank pages and text for most of them.. please help me with this - violentlilgangsta@hotmail.com - thx for ur time

Please be more specific about what you want to do.

Just guessing:

You want to add a menu entry to the main menu block and link that with html content to be shown?

You might look out for:

FreeContent for example which is easy to use and worked for me. (although i run a 2.x version just saw the actual version is already 3.x)

There are several others to do this so just use the search function with words like 'html content wrapper menu ...'
