hi, all. Any one please kindly tell me how to send a user a PM when his submition is approved by admin? I tried several times, only once I got a new PM from admin(I am admin too, and I have approved the new submitions). why sometimes it works and sometimes doesnt? Any one can help? Thanks very much inadvance.
