Wrong doctype declaration [Xoops Bug Reports] - XOOPS Web Application System

There are several files in XOOPS with a wrong doctype declaration. The right doctype declaration must be:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

echo-lines have to be written with single quotes to work correct. Like this:

echo '<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">';
