Tom, I found this a little late your module sounds exactly like what I am looking for! I know you said you paid for it already but I would still like to donate towards it and get my hands on a copy when its done? Possible? Have you already got the module?

If any one cares to upload some images to display in here then I could take some snap shots, the project is far from complete, however the OSCommerce now logs you in when you sign onto xoops, no more logging in twice.

tom, i don't understand, you need someone to host your images, or are you just asking for people that are interested to see what it looks like?

i'd definitely like to see what has been developed. also, what was the method for login in OSC/Xoops? is it just a dual login, or is OSC using XOOPS cookie/session info?

does osc still maintain it's own user db?

Yeah someone to host the images, as I really don't wish too, I know lazy, pmsl.

two options so far.

Register on xoops, then you are sent to fill in details for OSC before comfirming XOOPS account. then E-mail is sent and you confirm link. When you sign in your signed into both XOOPS and OSC at once.

Xoops user goes to shop, must enter account details, then when user signs on XOOPS he is signed into shop too. Shop contains it's own details for security.

So yeah it has it's own XOOPS DB tables.

hey lazy, email the pics to admin at csmapcentral dot com

also, by you saying that a user is signed in to both, sounds like there are 2 separate cookies being generated, which is a shame, i'd like to see even further integration of osc as a full module, where it uses the XOOPS cookie

I belieive it will do as one, however the account details (address, phone number is in the XOOPS OSC DB tables)

There on the way.

There still needs a lot of work to be done, for intergration of the subscription and OSC however they will be two different sections under one menu item.

Admin images coming in a few moments
