I am hosted w/ 1&1.com and am not sure of my local location. I have installed other apps and found out my site is:

/kunden/homepages/17/d88575982/htdocs/./

I don't have a physical drive. Is there anywork around? When I originally installed XOOPS I didn't specifiy the location, but all went fine until I entered:

http://www.yarrra.com//test/xoops2.0.6/html/modules/news/submit.php

When I submitted I got a unfindable page.

My 2 questions. Is there a workaround for not knowing the physical drive letter?

Secondally can I not just edit the mainfile.php, or will I need to play around with another file. (I also would like to get rid of the 2 // between the yarrra.com and test. I have edited but don't seem to work.)

This is just a test site, but would like to figure out the bugs, not just reinstall!
