I am new to Xoops. I am adjusting the weights for different blocks on the Top Page, and I cannot get the Headlines block to appear on that page, no matter what I click or what weights I enter. Headlines will appear in the Headlines section just fine, so the feed works, but they will not appear in any section on the Top Page (even though Visible is "Yes"). I have removed all blocks from the left column, which is what the site design calls for. Would that affect anything?

Any clues?

Howdy Josh -

Goto Administration Page
Click System Admin on the left
Go to the "Blocks Adminstration" page
Click on the Headlines item "edit" action/link

In the "Edit a block" page :
Select "Top Page" <Visible In>
Position your headlines block <Block Type>
Click on "Submit" to save your changes

<it is a little subtle...I keep missing it too>
