Installed XOOPS and the short url hack last night.

Now when I try to go to my site, if I type in http://landofmidnight.com I get a blank screen, but http://www.landofmidnight.com gets the homepage.

i debugged and got an error on line 112 of header.php. This line is
le="color: #000000"><?php $xoopsTpl->assign('xoops_pagetitle', $xoopsModule->getVar('name'));


Is there something I can change this to?

Actually...when I try it the other way I get this

I didn't see any difference in line 112 than what I was supposed to be, maybe your missing a line or 2 above. I would do a couple things to make it work. Replace your header.php with a unedited version from XOOPS, then also check to see if you haven't enabled protection on http://landofmidnight.com/ on your webserver. Good luck, and I hope that helped a little.

I've not read it fully, but I believe there is something about a patch there.

Thanks, everyone, for your help. I used the patch, and it works.

It just seems silly that in the day and age of the web a program would differentiate between the www and the notwww.

Well, that took care of a problem that didn't have anything to do with the functionality of the site! Now on to figure out how to send emails out!

silverwing - then how to modify the theme... then look for mods...

And, fyi, I'm switching over from postnuke
