Where is the switch to allow visitors to view without logging in.
People just arriving first time are called "Anonymous Users Group" right?
How can I allow them to view parts of the site (where they have permisson).
I want them to view parts of the IPB.
I have IPB permissions set to view the portion for "Guest"

When viewing XOOPS admin, blocks admin.
What is #unassigned?
This is a little confuseing in that if "Anonymous Users Group" is one visiting for the first time. Then when a registered person logging in as a registered member logs in as Anonymous.

All confused?
I am!

You will need to assign module and/or block access right under System Admin->Groups to the anonymous group, in order to let people view your board.

#unassigned blocks are usually the blocks you created without being assigned to any groups - or they are orphaned for lack of better words . Once you had assigned the right to the block they would appear under the appropriate group under Block Admin.
