Hi

I would like to set up a permanent welcome message on my site (such as "Welcome to XOOPS official website" here"). How to do that ?

It is a custom html block.

Once you've created the block, assign right to anonymous users. You may have to fiddle with block weight a bit to make sure it stays on top.

hello,

But what if i what the block to be only on one page of a module but not the on all the module pages ?

hey st3wart,

part of the block customization form is "visible in" your choices include all pages, top page, etc. just select and submit
