When you are in a module say wfsection, how you you make a center block appear under the module block ? Mine always appear about no matter what weighting I use.

You would have to modify themes/*/theme.html.

i have this problem for 2 days and want to post it but see ur reply now.
just a little edit in theme.html

edit:
is there anyway to have a real order for center blocks?
i want some center blocks up and some blocks down in a module.

is this posible with hack at theme.html?
