Maybe you give checker a chance?
The effort to install isn't very large.

I tried the checker and it says:

Wrong CRC

I have taken a look on the checker output on your site.

Didn't you upload the checker.xml file for the main directory?
The main directory is C:/sh-www/brightonized.net/bh/html/

Apart from that, it really seems to be that many files (not all) have a wrong CRC.

I would recomment that you upload everything again, except mainfile.php and the install directory.

Set the ftp transfer to binary, and then let the ftp program overwrite everything.

Then, let us see whether checker will show us a file with a wrong CRC again. And please upload also the missing checker.xml for the main directory.

The only file with a wrong CRC should only be mainfile.php then.
