hi i'm new to XOOPS i am looking for an original design for my website I'm willing to pay but just don't know where to look for a designer

I modify Template Monster templates into XOOPS themes for $150.

If you find something there, you like, feel free to contact me and I'll see if it is suitable for a theme (most are - but not all)

I can also work with you for a unique view, but in that case, I think you are better off with 7dana.com or StudioC (User on this site) who are excellent designers.
