Okay i have just installed xoops....for the third time(nothing poped up so i uninstalled it)....everything whent right i had an error on the last page(fixed it i think)...when i go to my site all i see is The XOOPS banner and logo and the credits...and when i try to go to admin.php it says "you dont have the right to access this area!" and says right below a status bar thingy "_IFNOTRELOAD" and i can't login and also the page is here ummm.....help?

You need to re-install Xoops. Make sure you upload all the files to your server.

I checked your server.

under language/english/ directory
you should have 11 or 12 files. You only have one file in the directory

All indicate incomplete upload. So try to reupload all files to your server and install again.

Make sure you change your database password once you are done. It is world readable now.
