After cleaning the folder template_c , and loading the mainwebpage. I get the following message 3 times.
Warning [PHP]: chmod failed: No such file or directory in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 2062
When then go back to the template folder 6 files are created.
2 files of 2 Kb and 1 of 6 Kb.
3 html files with 0 bytes of size.
(db%3Asystem_block_login.html, db%3Asystem_block_mainmenu.html, default^theme.html)

When try to open the main site again, i don't get the warnings (only a blank page)

I checked all file permission(s) in all folder(s) which are correct.

It is setup on a netware 6 SP4 Server
Apache 2.4.2
Mysql 4.0.18
Xoops 2.0.6

I am getting very frustrated about this problem.
