I can't login!!!!

Please help! My session cookies are messed up and it logged me out and I can't log back in to change them!!! I click login and it takes to the page that says i was logged in and it takes me back to my front page and it shows the login form again. I can't get into the admin section!!!

I tried making a.htaccess file with the code it it and that caused my server to mess up. I deleted it and tried to delete all of my cookies and that didn't work! What the heck is going on?????
