I successfully installed IPB module for xoops
after a confused hour around the Cpanel and setting ,i realized that
Not registered users(Xoops Guests) can't view the IPBoard block
on my home page..
I tried with ipb settings,setted autologin too ,and block settings in xoops..it seems regular..
I simply dont understand how to make it works
Someone may help this silly situation?

Try group settings in Xoops. Just allow anonymous users to view the IPB module.
