In include/common.php xoops2 use server array

$HTTP_SERVER_VARS[...]

This is a litle obsolete and may be incompatible
with many standard configuration of php4 and php5.

I suggest to use $_SERVER[...]

Incompatible with php4? I have yet to find any problems with this.

However, the idea is to go away from the $HTTP_ arrays and to the new ones (since they were introduced in php 4.1.0 and that is the required PHP version, this shouldn't cause problems) - but there are higher priority tasks at hand just yet.
