Hi,

I've installed and configured XOOPS local on my pc.

Is it possible to upload my total preconfigured XOOPS site to my internet server?

I know that I must conigure first mysql. I've done that allready, And then what?

Do I need to install it from my website?

You can do it like this:

1) create the database on the webserver (without any tables)
2) export your entire XOOPS database from the local db
3) modify the mainfile.php to resemble the new settings
4) upload all files in your local XOOPS to the webserver
5) import the backed up database in the webserver database
6) set folder and file permissions

That should be it
