Changing copyright info

Hi all,

I cannot remember how to change the copyright info at the bottom of a page. Someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

System/Preferences/Header_Footer (from memory but near there).

Keep in mind that the text in the default theme (as on this site) is actually a .gif image, so you may have to change something in your theme files.
