There is definitely something wrong with agendax. Could be just the older version but my webhost provider locked up my agendax folder and sent me an email awhile back telling me that agendax was a security risk and they wouldn't allow it to run on their server. I tried upgrading to the latest agendax but they still won't let me use it. So I'm going to find another calendar module to use instead. This was the first time that I ever had a problem with that module.

I agree it is a security risk. But it is the best calendar module for XOOPS as far as I know and our site is heavily based on it. I think with the htaccess file in place it should be no problem?!

I have no idea what is wrong with that module to make it risky. Try talking to your webhost provider to see what they think and if it is safe using .htaccess. My webhost gave no solution to the problem but you could also talk to the developer of the module.
