upgrade from xoops 1.3 to 2.06

Has anyone done a upgrade from version 1.3 to 2.06? I have not found any definate posts in the forum that would give some info. Just curious what i might be instore for when I do this upgrade?

backup your database
upload your new XOOPS
go to you site
xoops installer will do everything

note : XOOPS installer will upgrade core modules only
