What's wrong with my site??

Now open my site http://www.ppfans.com the ie says that
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.... "(not 404)

But the checker works fine
http://www.ppfans.com/env.php

and another XOOPS in the sub folder use the same database also works fine http://ppfans.com/html/

I am really confused

It seems is the xoopsshorturl hack lead this
because after i deleted these lines
RewriteEngine on

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}   !-s
RewriteRule ^.*.html loadpage.php [L]

RewriteRule ^$ loadpage.php [L]

the site works..

hmm

it is still unsettled

sometime open the index.php it says page can's be displayed

and the checker works fine.and another XOOPS in the subfolder also works fine

Sorry, I have no idea where to start to get this going.

Have you done anything apart from adding shortURL hack since it was working? Or has it ever worked in root folder?

I think the shortURL hack is the last hack with my site.

It works at first. But i find something it caused something wrong with the NEWBB, after i tried several version of the loadpage.php and xoops_shorturls.php there still something wrong.So i diseabled this hack, at first the site works but it went wrong like this after several hours.
Today it goes wrong again after i deleted the .htaccess

really confused
