Theme choose

Hi
I have a question(i doesnt found something with search)
I want that my user can choose the Themes, i check some themes in admin under"choose themes for user", but where is the User-Menue to choose the Themes ?

It is in a block, which you can set visible in system admin -> blocks -> [select Themes block]

After which you should set permissions in system admin -> groups
