Here is the source forge project page for XMLTV

I'm going to read up on this project over the weekend and see how hard it would be to port.

i can never wait to look at something new and nerdy. My first impression is that link I posted in my last comment is only points to an XMLTV grabber written in PERL.

There is however a lot of info on the homepage for that project.

The best approach as far as XOOPS go would be to convert or build a set of php based XMLTV grabber scripts. Compile these feeds into the XOOPS database and I guess figure out how people may want to use this info in their site.

If anyone knows of a php based site that has any TV listings let me know. Or knows of an actual XMLTV grabber script written in PHP let me know. I'm curious.

Sounds good. Do you think it would be compatible with british listings aswell?
