Help installed web pro and it messed up my log in on my site

I installed Web Pro and it replaced my start page , now on start up takes me to the root of the site. uninstalled web pro but the problems persists.
How can I get it all back?.

What OS & webserver are you using?

What is Web Pro? Why did you have to double-post? Won't give you twice the number of answers... well, it probably will, but it'll most likely be the same answers in both threads.
