By default it's centered on the top of the screen. My question is where I can change this layout and put it let's say on the center of the screen and also is there a chance I can enlarge fonts on this screen, and can I ( and how ) put some picture ( logo ) in this screen?

hey elvir,

have cloned your templates? then, edit system_redirect.html under system templates. you can customize using a div tag.
