Hey, I am trying to make a web page builder (either html page or xoops, dont matter)...

I want users to be able to choose template, upload pics and choose background music. thats it.

and I want it so when they get done choosing and click finish, a page is created... like http://mysite.com/members/username

please help me with this
I need to know if I should go with XOOPS for this or html and where would I start...

there is a module called EasyWeb 2.0 i think that might do what you want you can get it from here http://www.xoops.no/
