count module parse error

i install count module created by bbchen
http://www.bbchen.org

but when i want to edit block this error appear :

what is this?

means that there is an error in the b_count.php

Could be related to the fact that it has a starting ... Try that at first.

it's strange i install this module successfuly in another free server (tripod) but this error occur in my host ??

any idea?
