I've been trying out different CMS, and now it's XOOPS turn. I'm really impressed so far, but I'm trying to set up an unusual system for story submission, and I was looking for some help.

Basically I need anonymous users to be able to submit an article, but only to a specific news category (or Sections category). As things stand, anonymous users can submit news, but they can choose from any news category. I want to create a specific place for anonymous submission.

Administrator would then check that submission, post it on the site, and create a user account for the anonymous person.

I'm a total newbie and I don't know how difficult this would be. I've been googling, reading manuals and experimenting with the admin settings, but I can't find anything for this specific setup.

Off the top of my head, a solution would be to allow anonymous users to submit to the Sections modules, but I don't know how to allow this either.

A second news module?

Or maybe a 3rd party module which would allow me to do something similar?

Bah.. I'm running out of ideas.
