Hi

I’ve decided to use XOOPS for the newest gaming portal on the internet im looking for some help in creating a casino style theme real jazzy and has style.

In return I could give free hosting or something internet based

it's not hard if u know some html.
it can be edit in dreamveaver or some other wysiwyg editor.
and there is some articles about creating a theme,you can find it by search block in the right.

dont know how to create themes i tried reading about it and i just cant. maybe some help plz

Take the default theme, which comes with XOOPS.
Copy it to a different folder with a different name.
Search & replace all "default/" in the theme.html with the foldername, you gave your theme.

Change the placement of things and general layout in the theme.html.

Change colours and background images in the style.css file

That should give you something to go by
